Anshumaan is Founding Director at Beans & Intellect. Prior to starting Beans & Intellect, Anshumaan was with Globeop Financial Services in the Reuters 'Geneva' Derivatives Technology Accounting Group. At GlobeOp, he worked in the technology derivatives accounting which involved active work with risk management, fund administration, software development, trade data acquisition, middle & back office STP process and trade origination teams (which inturn interacted with Prime Brokers, Clearers and Counterparties). Earlier, Anshumaan interned with Wipro Technologies,Zurich Asset Management Company, Dishnet DSL, FES-NDDB in cross-department |

business functions. He also worked as a management consultant with an international team with OPI in New York. He was instrumental in bringing out in-depth insights of finance and accounting outsourcing business operating from India for the cross-discipline, multicutural team working on the project. Having begun his entrepreneurial stint by getting Beans incubated at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay for a year, he started extensive research on financial engineering techniques and managed attracting more quantitative technocrats in the team during this period. Anshumaan played a key role in putting Beans team on dosses of mathematical finance, quantitative methods, derivatives pricing & treasury technologies. He was instrumental in providing a platform for Beans team in picking up requisite skillsets by involving bank treasuries, corporate treasuries, brokers, traders, treasury software companies, international market data providers, risk consulting companies and active quantitative finance academia at premiere institutes in India. He served on the mentor panel of a young upstart founded at IIT Delhi.

Anshumaan likes travelling and has been to United States, United Kingdom, Emirates and Hong Kong on work and academics before. At Beans, he is responsible for sales, marketing, business development and strategic directions for the company. He received an Associate in Entrepreneurship & Management from Lee Iacocca Institute, Pennsylvania and dual graduate degrees from IIT Bombay. |

S. Dhilly Babu is Founding Director at Beans & Intellect. Prior to
starting Beans & Intellect, Dhilly Babu was with CRISIL in the Risk &
Investment Advisory Group. He was instrumental in developing credit
risk portfolio management system at CRISIL. Dhilly has extensive experience in building technology platforms for the derivative markets in India. He was responsible for building technology and quantitative team at Beans & Intellect. Dhilly has led most of the technology initiatives at Beans; be it building COM based analytical libraries or developing cross-asset web-based
applications. From development of
derivatives pricing models to implemention of credit |

and market risk models and from consultation of risk management frameworks to implementation of treasury technologies, Dhilly has rich and amazingly wide range of expertise. He has worked extensively on COM based
technology in building numerical libraries for solving complex
mathematical problems in the field of finance. |
